What are guiding principles and why do we need them?

Guiding Principles are a core set of values agreed upon by the group that ensure strong alignment, drive behavior or mindset when executing the strategic and operational plans, and create focus in times of uncertainty. 

How would we use them?

We would use them to define the 24-25 PTO plan and budget.

We would use them to make decisions about programs, events, resource allocation, and spend. 

We would share them with parents, teachers, and the community to drive trust.
